How long does shipping take?

Do you customize?
Unfortunately at this time we do not customize.
Why does apparel take longer to ship?
Our apparel is custom made to order so it will take a little extra longer to be delivered. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
What are “on-demand” products?
Our on-demand items are custom-made especially for you when your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider range of unique styles, colors, and sizes without holding excess inventory.
Are on-demand items eligible for returns or exchanges?
Because our on-demand products are made to order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges. This helps us reduce waste and keep our pricing fair for all customers.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We understand that sizing can be tricky! While we don’t usually accept returns for on-demand items, we may be able to make a one-time exception. In these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued, and you’re welcome to reorder in the correct size.
How can I make sure I order the right size?
We recommend reviewing our detailed size chart on each product page before placing your order. Sizes run slightly small, it is best to size up.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there’s an issue with your order, such as a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong item, please reach out to us within 15 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
How should I care for my robe?
To maintain the quality and softness of your robe, it is recommended to machine wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach and tumble dry on low heat. Always refer to the care label for specific instructions to ensure longevity.
Can I return or exchange my robe?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unworn items. To initiate a return, please send the item back in its original packaging with tags still attached within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or incur a restocking fee.
What is the processing time for orders?
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, but can take longer during holidays and peak periods. Shipping time is calculated after the order has been processed, and you will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes and duties that may apply upon import. It is advisable to check with your local customs for any additional fees that may be incurred.
What should I do if my package is lost or missing?
If you experience a non-delivery or if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier, please be aware that claims can take up to 45 days to resolve.
