About Royalty Robes
Has the Royalty Robes logo changed?
Yes. We recently updated our branding and have discontinued embroidered logos on our newer robes. Because we are transitioning from our previous designs, some robes may still feature our original embroidered logo, while newer robes may not have a logo.
Both versions are authentic Royalty Robes products. The robe style, quality, and materials remain the same. Logo placement and design may vary depending on the robe and when it was produced.
What are Royalty Robes made from?
Our robes are made from carefully selected polyester fabrics designed for softness, comfort and easy care. Our fleece robes are made from soft, plush polyester fleece, while our women’s duster-style robes use silky polyester fabric.
Are Royalty Robes for men and women?
Yes. Royalty Robes offers stylish robes for both men and women, including plush fleece robes, hooded robes and silky duster styles.
Are your fleece robes unisex?
Yes. Our fleece robes are designed with a generous, unisex fit and can be worn comfortably by both men and women. Use our Size Guide to choose the fit and length that works best for you.
Are Royalty Robes actually fleece if they are made from polyester?
Yes. “Fleece” describes the soft, plush construction and feel of the fabric, while polyester describes the fiber it is made from. Our fleece robes are made from polyester fleece.

How do I choose the right robe size?
Start with our Size Guide and use your height and preferred fit to choose your size. Our fleece robes have a generous, relaxed drape. If you prefer a closer, more tailored fit, stay closer to your recommended size. If you want an extra-cozy, wrapped-in-a-blanket feel, consider sizing up.
How do Royalty Robes unisex fleece robes fit?
Our fleece robes are unisex and are sized according to men’s sizing. Because of this, women may find the fit slightly more generous than a traditional women’s robe. Our robes are designed with a relaxed, comfortable drape rather than a fitted silhouette. We recommend checking our Size Guide and comparing the measurements to a robe you already own for the best fit.
How long are your fleece robes?
Our fleece robes range from approximately 50 to 54 inches in length depending on size. The length is designed to provide generous coverage while maintaining a comfortable, wearable fit.

Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales and other peak periods. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer several shipping options, including expedited shipping. Available delivery estimates are shown during checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your shipping destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other import fees that may apply.

What should I do if my package is lost or missing?
If your order has not arrived or tracking shows that it was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 10 days. We will assist you with the carrier claim process. Carrier claims may take up to 45 days to resolve.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible, unworn items returned in their original condition with tags and original packaging. Please review our Return Policy for the complete requirements and time limits before sending an item back.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you ordered the wrong size. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, the applicable return policy will apply. We recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
What if my robe arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Include your order information and photos of the item and packaging when applicable so we can help resolve the issue.
Robe Care
How should I wash my fleece robe?
Machine wash your fleece robe in cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach and fabric softener.
Can I put my fleece robe in the dryer?
Yes. For best results, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting. Air drying is also recommended to help preserve the softness and appearance of the fleece.
How can I keep my fleece robe soft?
Avoid high heat, fabric softeners and dryer sheets. Washing the robe inside out and with similar fabrics can also help reduce friction, lint and pilling.

Can I customize or personalize a Royalty Robe?
At this time, we do not offer customization or personalization.
