Refund policy

Returns/exchanges are only accepted on unworn items. Please send the item back in its original packaging with TAGS STILL ATTACHED within 14 days from receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Royalty Robes (TM) reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements, or charge a restocking fee of up to 40%. Returned merchandise will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

*Sale & Clearance items are Final. Please do not send back an item that was purchased on Sale/Clearance, as it will be refused. 
*Tag must still be attached to process a return. No tag = no return.
