Shipping policy

**Our Free Shipping promo applies to US orders only and does not apply to our Own Demand Products (certain apparel and accessories). 

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Royalty Robes to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Royalty Robes may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee/buyer will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. Royalty Robes in not responsible for import and/or duty fees. Please check with your local customs to determine extra fees that may incur.

DELIVERY CLAIMS / MISSING MAIL 

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete and are not guaranteed.

*Royalty Robes does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

PROCESSING TIME 

Processing time is separate from "shipping time". Processing time may take up to 48 hours, or longer on holidays and peak periods. Shipping time is determined after an order has been processed.

Once an order has been processed you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking info that you may use to track your order at any time.

Royalty Robes is not responsible for unexpected delays due to carriers. 

REFUND POLICY

Returns/exchanges are only accepted on unworn items. Please send the item back in its original packaging with TAG STILL ATTACHED within 14 days from receipt. Royalty Robes (TM) reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. Returned merchandise will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

*Sale items are Final. Please do not send back an item that was purchased on Sale, as it will be refused. 

*Tag must still be attached to process return.
